| The Lodge is built from redwood milled on the land. It is heated with quiet, clean hydronic heat (with individual thermostats). Music of your choice can be played throughout the Lodge and Decks with an option to use the 31 uninterrupted channels of Satellite digital music programing (CD quality; jazz, classical, rock, new age, etc.). |

Satellite video programing may also be viewed on a large screen Television. The elegantly decorated rooms are expansive and open with views of the beautiful natural surroundings through glass doors and windows. The Ranch has its own utilities and a solar electric power system, is totally independent of the grid and there are no visible power lines. |
| Meeting Room - (600 square feet, 24.5’ by 23.5’) Is ideal for workshops, meetings, yoga, indoor receptions and dancing. French doors open out onto a large redwood deck and lawn that overlook the pond and oak trees. It has its own sound system, hardwood floors with optional oriental carpets and multi-level lighting. Futons and backjack chairs are available. |

Main Living Room - There are windows and french doors that display views of the surrounding hills and flourish the rooms with sunlight, an arched brick fireplace, comfortable furnishings on gleaming hardwood floors, music. This room is sometimes used as a Dining Room. |
